I can't say enough about this shop! Tiff's amazing customer service was so personalized and caring, and their products are, in my experience (and I've been through a few shops), unmatched in quality. I have 4 chinchillas, and have had wooden, external scatter guards on my cages for a while now - but truth be told, they didn't do much of anything to help with the mess. But with these scatter guards, they go flush against the inside of the bars with almost zero footprint, and have been a total game changer! Not a single poo on my floor. They look beautiful and sleek, too - I absolutely love the teal! I also ordered a fleece cuddle tunnel for my chins, which they are obsessed with - It can easily fit one or two chins in it, and I love that I can change out the padded inserts and wash as needed. Amazing craftsmanship and beautiful seamstressing - just perfect! To sweeten everything, there were lovely little gifts included with my order - a couple adorable hats (I cannot WAIT for the photo ops!) and various yummy treats!! My chins have truly been spoiled, and so have I. Thank you so much for everything, Tiff and Kurt! I will definitely ordering from you again soon.

It’s the perfect thing for a space there isn’t much you can do with!
It adds one more spot in the cage that someone can snuggle up and take a nap. My guys love it and it’s super cute to see how many can actually squeeze themselves into one LOL
As always, the fleece is super soft, nicely padded and made extremely well. They wash well and are excellent at keeping their shape.
Definitely a must 😉
Zoey loves his play tunnel
We've had our tunnel for 4 months now and it's been such a great purchase. The quality of the fleece and the construction is professional grade--on par with higher-end stores like Guinea Pig Market. The price of this tunnel can't be beat. We opted for two additional potty pads, which is a really great value. All three pieces wash and dry easily. Our guinea pigs love it! It arrived on time and well-packaged with a few small gifts. If I had any wish for the future, I'd wish the ends of the tunnel contained flexible boning, so it bounced back quicker after my boys jump on top of the tunnel to squish it--which they think is hilarious. ;)
This tunnel dramatically changed our GP's behavior, much to our surprise. She immediately began leaping and pouncing, rotating (toward the couch for "people TV," away from couch for zzz, and is so delighted. It's on top of 3" of carefresh, so extra bouncy.
It's large (we didn't look at measurements--in fact, its size is what finally pushed us to buy a C&C cage!) Haven't washed yet.
